Games introduction

The Olympic Green is found in Ya Yun Cun which is on the Northern section of the fourth ring road and will hold all track and field events. Other sports will be held throughout the city in locations such as Wukesong; Baseball and Basketball, Laoshan; Shooting and Cycling and Gongti Lu; Boxing and Football.

Although Beijing will be the focal point of the 2008 Olympics certain events will be held in other Chinese cities. Qingdao a picturesque seaside town with fantastic colonial architecture will host the sailing, while Shanghai and Hong Kong, Chinas two financial centers will host the football and equestrian events respectfully.
